Business Manager

Kevin Gaudaur is the Business Manager of IBEW Local 1687, representing over 700 members across Northeastern Ontario.
Raised in a union family in Sudbury, he’s dedicated to building opportunity for the next generation of IBEW members.
A Red Seal electrician, Brother Gaudaur has worked in industrial, commercial, and power sectors. Kevin rose through union ranks and now leads the local with a focus on strong contracts and apprenticeship support.
Adam VanSteinburg
International Representative
IBEW Canada
Adam Van Steinburg is an International Representative for IBEW Canada, serving locals across BC and the Yukon.
A Red Seal electrician and 23-year member of Local 213, Adam began by volunteering at union events, leading to his appointment to the BC Federation of Labour’s Young Worker Committee.
Rising to Chair of the Committee, Brother Van Steinburg helped lead successful campaigns to raise BC’s minimum wage.
Prior to his role at IBEW Canada, he served as Dispatcher, Assistant Business Manager, and Business Manager at IBEW Local 213.
Brad Wood
District organizing Coordinator

Brad Wood is the IBEW Canada District Organizing Coordinator for Eastern Canada.
Based in New Glasgow, NS, Brother Wood is a Red Seal Construction Electrician and proud 15-year member of IBEW Local 625. With deep roots in union activism, he served on the Executive Board and was active on the NextGen Committee.
A dedicated organizer and former salt, Brad now champions organizing efforts across Eastern Canada.
