Elected Business Manager of IBEW Local 1687 in 2023, Brother Gaudaur made history as one of the youngest to take on the role at just 30. He previously served as Assistant Business Manager and spent time on the tools, bringing both leadership and field experience to the job.

Brother VanSteinburg is an International Representative with IBEW Canada, supporting Locals on the West Coast. A former Business Manager at IBEW Local 213, he brings deep experience in organizing and political advocacy at both provincial and national levels.
Brad Wood
International Rep - East
IBEW Canada
As International Rep. and District Organizing Coordinator for IBEW Canada, Brother Wood supports Locals in Quebec and Eastern Canada. Before joining the national office, he worked as an organizer with IBEW Local 625 in Halifax, driving growth and solidarity across the region.
